If your order includes an AzuraCast Reseller package, please allow up to 7 days for deployment. Each reseller system is individually configured and deployed on dedicated infrastructure. This extended timeframe applies only to reseller packages. All other products, including individual AzuraCast hosting, are provisioned within our usual 24–48 hour turnaround.

Please note: Alexa Radio Skills can be set up within our standard timeframe, but Amazon’s activation and approval process may take several weeks.
